Empower Representation was founded after witnessing firsthand how overwhelming the Social Security disability process can be. Too many individuals face an impossible choice—receive professional representation or lose a significant portion of the back pay they’ve earned.
As an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, we believe no one should have to make that choice.
Our mission is simple: People Over Profit.
We provide compassionate, professional Social Security disability advocacy while allowing eligible clients to keep 100% of their back pay. Every case is handled with integrity, transparency, and respect because we believe financial hardship should never determine access to quality representation.
Whether you’re filing an initial claim or appealing a denial, Empower Representation is committed to standing beside you every step of the way.
Our Mission
To provide professional Social Security disability advocacy without placing additional financial burdens on the people we serve.
Our Vision
A future where every individual has access to knowledgeable, compassionate disability representation regardless of financial circumstances.
