Who We Are

Empower Representation was founded from a deeply personal experience.

Like many families, ours was impacted by disability. We witnessed firsthand how overwhelming the Social Security Disability process can be—not only because of the medical challenges involved, but also because of the complexity of the system itself.

When our family needed help, we discovered that many people feel they have to choose between receiving professional representation and keeping the full amount of the back pay they rely on. For individuals already facing financial hardship, that can be an incredibly difficult position to be in.

That experience inspired a simple question:

What if people could receive knowledgeable, compassionate representation without giving up a representative fee from their back pay?

That question became Empower Representation.

As an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity, our purpose is to provide professional Social Security Disability representation while putting people—not profit—at the center of every decision we make.

Our mission is built on one principle:
